Tower Blocks

Premiermist were proud to be included in the Scunthorpe Tower Blocks project in conjunction with Ongo Homes Limited. The main contractors; Arcus Consulting LLP  expressed a need for Residential Sprinkler systems to be installed in 4 apartment blocks and various amenity areas. Premiermist tenedered and won the contract to design, manage, supervise, deliver and install a complete Sprinkler and Dry Riser system into the Scunthorpe Tower Blocks project.

The project incorporated four buildings: Crosby House, Princess House, Sutton House and Trent View. Works to include were: Portable Water Sytems, Design, Install, Boxing in, Fire Panels, Commisioning, Testing, Insulation and to provide a certificate of completion.

Works began in early 2018 and the completion took 6 weeks ending in April 2018.
